Real Estate Sales Associate
We are seeking a proactive sales associate to join our growing team and help us sell and promote our innovative subscription-based property data platform.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
* Grow existing accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, meeting client needs, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
* Deliver engaging product demos and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
* Represent us at industry events and networking functions to build relationships and establish thought leadership.
* 1-2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate or SaaS industries.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and drive results.
* CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce, to manage sales pipelines and optimize performance.
* A team player with strong organizational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
* Bonus: knowledge of property or SaaS platforms to provide valuable insights and expertise.
