1. A strong product development background is required! This is a hands-on engineering role alongside project management.
2. Taking a part in the development of new and existing products
3. Experience with systems integration
4. Proven ability working with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
5. An Electrical / Electronic Engineering background
6. Act as the technical interface between customers, suppliers, development teams.
7. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
