Occupational Health Nurse Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading health services provider as an Occupational Health Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting medical assessments, pre-employment checks, and workplace health services across various industries.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team. You will also have excellent administration and case management skills, with attention to detail for reporting.
* Conduct comprehensive pre-employment/health assessments including functional capacity assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and health surveillance checks.
* Perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals.
* Maintain accurate health records and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver streamlined health assessment services.
* Provide client-centric approach to health assessments and support the development of best practice.
Key qualifications include a Registered Nurse (RN) qualification, current AHPRA registration, and experience in occupational health or a clinical background.
