Our organization is seeking a seasoned employment lawyer to lead our team of practitioners. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in employment law and industrial relations, with a strong track record of providing strategic guidance on a wide range of employment law issues. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to complex inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate guidance to stakeholders. 
They will oversee the negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreements, providing strategic direction and support to the team. 
The expert will guide the interpretation and application of relevant legislation, including the Fair Work Act 2009 CTH and Fair Work Regulations 2009 CTH, ensuring consistent and compliant advice across the team. 
They will supervise the provision of advice on employment law and human resource management principles, ensuring alignment with best practice and legislative requirements. 
To succeed in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate strong technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a pragmatic approach.
