About this Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering and embedding programs that build leadership depth, strengthen workforce capability and support long-term growth.

This is a new role reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will lead the design and implementation of organisational learning, leadership and engagement strategies ensuring alignment between capability development succession planning organisational culture goals and regulatory training obligations.

You will partner closely with leaders and subject-matter experts to create an integrated learning ecosystem that empowers employees drives performance and supports strategic priorities.

* Develop a holistic learning strategy for the organisation including leadership and engagement initiatives.
* Establish clear frameworks for compliance professional development and leadership development.
* Implement metrics and analytics to measure program impact and ROI.
* Lead the annual employee engagement survey process analysis action planning and reporting.
* Design career pathways and succession plans aligned with workforce needs.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver scalable learning solutions.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement curiosity and professional growth.
