We are looking for a Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our team in a full-time role based in our Port Macquarie Dealership. The role will be essentially focused on the sale of all Finance & Insurance products on all new and used vehicles sold.
What we are looking for:
* Excellent customer service experience
* An individual with excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
* A positive mindset with a willingness to work within a team
* Computer literacy
* Hold a current driver's license
* Previously Finance and Insurance Sales experience preferred but not essential. If you believe a career change is for you and demonstrate your excellent customer focus and can-do attitude, then we'd like to hear from you.
What the role entails:
* Delivering sales of finance and insurance products as an integral parts of the sales process
* Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner
* Providing an excellent guest experience to all customers visiting our dealership
* Managing all documentation and settlement paperwork with a strict adherence to compliance
* Adhering to Dealership Compliance Policies.
