Job Summary
We seek a seasoned professional to lead strategic account planning, sales opportunity management, and project execution within process industries and cybersecurity domains.
This role involves defining and executing mid- to long-term goals to grow and nurture new and existing accounts, aligning closely with business strategy.
The ideal candidate will develop customized account strategies, prioritize prospects based on strategic importance, engage key stakeholders including C-level executives, build lasting relationships, and drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities include managing the opportunity pipeline in their region from creation through closure, overseeing a small team of project managers, and providing leadership and guidance across solution bids and project execution in Process Automation and Networking/Cybersecurity.
As a people manager, you will offer mentorship, set performance expectations, resolve conflicts, and build a strong, collaborative team culture while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Requirements:
