CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Senior Turf and Grounds Person for our clients Operations Team based in WOOLNER, NT 0820. Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver turf maintenance and renovation across parks, ovals, and open spaces. Identify and control turf pests, weeds, and diseases. Safely apply, transport, and store chemicals. Maintain and repair irrigation systems. Operate and service turf equipment including tractors, mowers, and spray gear. Complete pre-starts, reporting, and routine maintenance. Ensure all work is completed safely and on schedule. Coach and support team members. Engage professionally with the community. Assist with projects, clean-up, and other operational tasks.
