This is an entry level role.
As the Buying Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our buying operations. You’ll work closely with our Buyers and Suppliers, supporting product data management, order processing, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Buying team
- Manage all new products from product creation through to delivery and launch
- Raise and track purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery dates
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, samples, and supplier information
- Help manage critical paths and ensure deadlines are met
- Assisting the buying team with content days, photoshoots & merchandising
What We’re Looking For
- An awesome, self-motivated, team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or buying support role (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe Suite and Indigo 8 skills are an advantage
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

The role is full time – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm on site in Cromer, Northern Beaches, Sydney NSW.
