Ballina Rego & Mechanical Centre is a busy and growing mechanical workshop seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
You will play a key part in the smooth day-to-day operations of the workshop by providing administrative and customer service support. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, emails and handling customer enquiries.
- Booking job and managing the workshop schedule
- Preparing invoices, quotes and processing payment
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Ordering and managing office/workshop supplies
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
About you
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Competence with computers and office software
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Previous experience in administration or customer service (workshop/automotive industry experience highly regarded but not essential)
