Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, liaising with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
* Participating in solving complex technical problems through hands-on work at rig sites.
* Preparing, documenting, and managing outbound and inbound equipment and products, including well site deliveries.
* Supporting tenders with data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing activities.
* Engaging in job shadowing to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who:
* Have graduated within the last 36 months with a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar.
* Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
* Are fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
* Are legally entitled to work in Australia without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
* Possess good interpersonal skills, teamwork aptitude, and the ability to guide others.
* Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, numerical skills, data analysis, and project management abilities.
