You'll manage a portfolio of end-to-end workers compensation claims, supporting injured employees through their recovery journey while ensuring compliance with NSW legislation. Role Responsibilities
* Managing the full lifecycle of NSW workers compensation claims
* Supporting injured employees with empathy, clarity, and expert guidance
* Collaborating with internal leaders, medical providers, and external partners
* Ensuring compliance and accurate reporting within a self-insured framework
What You'll Bring
* Experience managing end-to-end workers compensation claims
