We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

* APS6 level - hourly rate + superannuation
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The role involves delivering high-quality, accessible digital and print materials that align with branding. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Design and produce digital and print materials that meet accessibility and brand standards
* Lead multiple projects including Annual Reports, Corporate Plans, and communication campaigns
* Maintain visual consistency and user-centred design across all platforms
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging creative solutions
* Support brand integrity through development of templates and design systems
* Use data and insights to improve design effectiveness and workflow efficiency
Key Responsibilities
1. To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for creative problem-solving and eagerness to adapt to new design challenges. You must also have experience in user-centred design and strong knowledge of design principles. Additionally, you should be able to balance multiple projects involving a range of stakeholders.
2. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop engaging creative solutions that meet the needs of the business. This will involve collaborating with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs.
Requirements
* A degree in graphic design or a related field is desirable.
* You should have extensive experience working with complex corporate documents, preferably Annual Reports. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office are essential.
* You must have the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
