As aCrew Tech Leadwithin CE&D, you will be a technology thought leader driven by a desire to create exceptional digital experiences. You'll help customers seamlessly onboard to CBA and access our growing suite of identity solutions to support their banking journeys.

You bring a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity, along with the resilience and tenacity to see things through. You have experience working in fast-paced, agile environments and apply leading practices with a focus on continuous delivery and user testing. You thrive when given the autonomy to lead a talented team from strategy through to design, development, testing, and release. You're also passionate about staying active in the broader merchant payments community and keeping up with evolving digital and technology innovations.

* Are familiar with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and biometric technologies that support secure, high-risk transactions.
* Have experience collaborating with fraud prevention teams.
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, focusing on mutual accountability for tech delivery and value generation.
* Are experts in tech delivery, able to foster an engineering culture with DevSecOps practices across platforms and pipelines.
* Have a proven track record of large-scale agile delivery, including roadmap development, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
* Have experience delivering within funding allocations and managing downstream costs.
* Drive sustainable tech ecosystems through exceptional design, refactoring, and technical debt reduction—while ensuring best practices and governance.
* Empower teams to deliver autonomously by removing blockers, streamlining processes, and decoupling applications.
* Understand enterprise data standards, supplier management, application modernisation, and reference architecture.
* Are motivated by growing and developing people, taking ownership of performance management and career progression.
