We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks Rockhampton.

What you'll be doing:
* Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences
* Fitting customers with the right footwear and offering product recommendations
* Driving sales through confident product knowledge and add-on selling
* Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
* Supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
What we're looking for:
* A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills
* Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Confidence in approaching customers and building rapport
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible availability, including weekends and late trade
