This role presents an exciting opportunity for a senior mental health clinician to develop their leadership capabilities.
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing human and financial resources to deliver strategic objectives and milestones for the headspace Centre in Albury Wodonga and satellite site in Wangaratta.
* High level of communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in Program Management ideally related to the Youth and/or Mental Health
* Proven track record of successfully managing program budgets, contracts, and reporting
* Experience managing rural staff and clients and aligning organisation culture, program objectives, and team performance
You will work closely with Consortium partners to ensure the effective day-to-day management of the headspace Centres, including intake, caseload allocation and work-flow management, staff supervision, financial management, planning and reporting, partnership management and service development.
Maintain compliance with the headspace National Trade Mark Licence Agreement and the headspace Model of Integrity Framework. Facilitate integration between headspace and other programs to enhance seamless services to clients.
