**About the role**:.
We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/ Office Allrounder to be based in the Head Office situated onsite in a large landscape yard in Riverstone. This is a part-time position working 32 hours per week / 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will deliver professional front line customer service and administrative support to all employees, visitors, customers and suppliers. You will act as the face of the organisation.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Deliver professional and engaging frontline customer service
- Reception duties including managing phones
- Supporting Accounts
- Processing payments
- Chasing overdue payments
- Data Entry of PO's and filing
- Day to day filing
- Order stationery and maintain office equipment
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
- Preparation of meetings including logistics, equipment, catering and overall presentation
- Ensure all follow up calls are made to customers
- General accounts administration
- Co ordinate manual job folders
**About you**:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Receptionist and/or Customer Service role
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, energetic, professional and presentable at all times
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to commence ASAP and commit longterm
