Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinating and supporting research and consultancy projects to ensure deadlines, compliance, and quality standards are met.
* Providing accurate and timely advice to academic staff and research students on university policies, procedures, and administrative matters.
* Drafting and preparing important documentation such as project budgets, financial reports, proposals, and submissions.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also have the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of systems, policies, procedures, programs, and requirements.

Requirements:

* Knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate MS Office Suite, and business support software including word processing, spreadsheeting, database systems, CRM, and email.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
