About the Role
The Clinical Coordinator plays a key leadership role overseeing clinical delivery across multiple disciplines, support clinical governance, supervise staff and students, and contribute directly to service delivery through their own clinical work.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and support across the team
* Lead regular clinical and caseload reviews and manage service demand
* Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies to young people
* Ensure all clinical work meets professional, legal and ethical standards
* Support staff through supervision, development, and a positive team culture
* Collaborate with local services and stakeholders to ensure integrated care
* Contribute to accreditation, quality improvement, and data-driven evaluation
