The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer with an interest in data and systems to join our team for a seasonal role (May–December), working a 38-hour week at our Tableland Mill .
This role offers flexibility in scheduling to meet the operational needs of the mill. While the standard expectation is Monday to Friday, hours may vary across the week—this could include occasional weekend work or adjustments to daily hours—totalling 38 hours per week.
This position provides a great opportunity to build on your administrative experience while gaining exposure to data handling, system support, and digital record management within an operational environment. It’s ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with systems and structured information, and is looking to further develop their skills in a practical, hands-on role.
You will play an important part in supporting day-to-day administrative functions, contributing to accurate data management, and helping ensure information flows efficiently across mill operations. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities

2. Maintain and manage accurate digital records, databases, and filing systems.
3. Perform data entry, validation, and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
4. Assist in maintaining and improving administrative and data management processes.
5. Support system-based tasks, including data extraction, uploads, and basic troubleshooting.
6. Prepare reports and documentation for operational and management use.
7. Coordinate correspondence, meetings, and site communications as required.
8. Support onboarding administration and employee documentation processes.
