About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our Conveyancing team in Adelaide.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting our Senior Conveyancers with the conveyancing process end to end
* Assisting with document preparation, registration and settlements
* Assisting with property and company searches
* General administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, file administration (including e-filing) and document preparation
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Experience in conveyancing administration is advantageous but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and a professional, confident manner
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships within the team
* Minimum typing speed of 60wpm, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
