Overview
The Belmont Hotel Bendigo is looking for a Qualified Chef and an apprentice to join our fantastic team. We are a busy family run pub that offers great pub food with a little bit of flair. You would be working closely with our head chef and kitchen team.
Responsibilities
Preparation of food
Cooking in all sections of the kitchen
Positive understanding of FIFO
Must have the ability to maintain a high standard and a keen eye for detail
Confidence and ability to work under pressure
Emphasis on quality and cleanliness
Ability to supervise apprentice chefs
Qualifications
Experience as a qualified chef
Right to work in Australia (as applicable to your application)
