The role:
Reporting into the Manager of Corporate Governance you will:
1. Collaborate with leaders and System Owners to understand business requirements and document needs, including, seeking to understand how and why certain documents are used and championing better ways of working through fit-for-purpose documentation and related processes related to the policy goals and principles of good corporate governance;
2. Collaborate with relevant ICT business system owners to facilitate any required changes or system enhancements to ensure successful project delivery and change management;
3. Develop fit-for-purpose document governance and process improvement;
4. Coordinate and support the Business Process Improvement Advisor in providing enterprise document controller services, including provision of policy and document governance advice to the business to ensure good governance; and
5. Observe and comply with work health and safety, quality and environmental management systems and procedures.
What we are looking for:
6. Relevant information management qualifications;
7. Experience with systems implementation, configuration and delivery to end user;
8. Experience with identifying continuous improvement opportunities and developing strategies to deliver improvements;
9. Experience with developing and delivering training to internal and external parties; and
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
