Multiple Data Entry Opportunities – Wollongong ASAP Start | Initial Short-Term Contract
$35.86 per hour + super
Due to increased operational demand, our client is seeking multiple Data Entry Officers to support a high volume of data processing, numerical data entry, spreadsheet management, and invoicing tasks.
These positions are offered on an initial short-term 3 month contract, with the potential for extension based on business requirements.Key Responsibilities
* Accurate and timely data entry of numerical and text-based information across internal systems and databases
* Entering, updating, and maintaining data within Excel spreadsheets and other reporting tools
* Preparing and sending invoices to clients or internal stakeholders
* Registering, updating, and maintaining records and documentation
* Reviewing data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
* Undertaking general administrative tasks to support service delivery
* Working collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
About You
* Proven experience in data entry, administrative work, or invoice processing
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numerical data
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Intermediate computer skills, including fast and accurate typing, Excel, and confidence using multiple systems and dual monitors
* Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
This role is based out the Wollongong office and must be avaiable Monday to Friday full time hours.
