About Learning Clubs
Learning Clubs provide a safe, fun and supportive environment for students to participate in educational activities or receive help with their schoolwork from dedicated tutors outside of school hours.
Key Qualities
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with young people
* A friendly and positive attitude towards students
* The capacity to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities
1. Assist students in completing homework tasks and assignments
2. Help students develop skills and knowledge in specific subject areas through structured activities
3. Model and promote appropriate behavioural standards and build strong relationships with students
4. Contribute to the set up and pack down of the club (e.g., tables, chairs, resources)
5. Liaise with the Club Coordinator on students' support needs and progress
