Marketing Coordinator Role
This position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing concepts and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
* Manage the generation and delivery of marketing assets for Consumer Paid Campaigns, including but not limited to acting as primary point of contact for assigned projects, managing asset requests, trafficking timelines, and overseeing logistics.
* Support ongoing communications with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, including routing and final delivery of creative assets and copy.
* Contribute to campaign ideation for off-channel creative needs that align with broader marketing strategy and objectives.
* Liaise with external vendors and agency partners to deliver campaign assets and facilitate approvals.
* Develop and maintain trade-facing materials such as mailers, catalogs, one-sheets, and sales tools aligned to distribution events and key selling opportunities.
* Own regular updates to the Client Site and LinkedIn account, handling content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking to engage B2B audiences.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and poise.
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical instincts and a resourceful, solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle shifting priorities without missing deadlines.
