We’re seeking a Developer with excellent communication skills, a hunger to learn, sharp eye for detail, and a passion for solving real‑world problems. This role sits within the technical team (80% Projects / 20% BAU), where you’ll play a key part in developing, maintaining, enhancing, and evolving enterprise systems, while also contributing to exciting AI‑driven initiatives.

Duties
- Developing, supporting, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Developing and automating workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Working from fully defined user stories to deliver reliable, maintainable code
- Building and refining front‑end components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and CSP.NET
- Assisting in AI integration projects, including work with Python
- Collaborating with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
- Helping bring internal tools and products to market through iterative development and support
Skills Required
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem, including customisation and integration capabilities
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for client‑side development and UI enhancements
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET for building and styling responsive interfaces
- Hands‑on experience with Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
- Practical experience developing Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, custom workflows, and plugins within the Power Platform and Dataverse
- Exposure to Python and a robust interest in AI‑driven automation
- Bonus skills: Familiarity with C#, .NET Framework, Azure Services, and emerging tools like Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI

Casual Loading
