What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative, you will:
* Build long-term customer relationships and promote whole-goods, parts, and services to meet sales targets
* Document and track all sales activities using company systems to support proposals and customer satisfaction
* Conduct field demonstrations and operate machinery at customer sites
* Coordinate equipment delivery and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely service
* Maintain strong knowledge of used equipment values for accurate trade evaluations
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For Someone With:
* Prior sales experience (John Deere product knowledge preferred)
* Solid understanding of local market conditions and machinery resale values
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
* Proficient computer skills for documentation and system use
* Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
