BentSpoke Brewing Co. is looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to drive production excellence at our Mitchell facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across all brewing activities.

What you'll do:
* Lead and mentor the brew team to deliver consistent, high-quality beer.
* Manage brewing schedules, raw material inventory, and production logistics.
* Uphold strict safety and quality standards, including SOPs and WHS compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain accurate production records.
* Coordinate equipment operation and maintenance.
What we're looking for:
* A passion for craft beer and a commitment to quality.
* A tertiary brewing qualification (strongly desirable).
* Minimum 5 years brewing experience, or 2 years as a Production Brewer.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Current driver's licence, forklift licence, and EWP Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain).
