Passionate About Making a Difference? Become a Disability Support Worker in our Accommodations at Northern Beaches!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs.- Providing personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.- Transporting clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.- Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.- Being part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team!

What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.- No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn and make a difference!- Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and active night shifts (with penalty rates!).- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
