Vital Healthcare operate three general practices located in Palm Beach, Banora Point and Tweed Heads South. Providing all general medical services, we are now looking for someone to join our wonderful reception team at Tweed City Family Practice.
About the role
As the first point of contact, you will contribute to the daily reception operations at Tweed City Family Practice. Your responsibilities will include:
* Booking and rescheduling patient appointments
* Greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries
* Billing, scanning and filing
* End of day batching using Best Practice
* General Administrative duties
About you
* Strong IT and problem-solving skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Enjoy working with a friendly family focused team
* Experience with Best Practice an advantage
* Professional phone manner
* Current Drivers License

* TWEED HEADS SOUTH, NSW 2486: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* Medical admin: 1 year (Preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
