 
        
        Night Auditors are integral to ensuring the smooth operation of resorts overnight. They provide exceptional customer service, handle guest enquiries, complete check-ins/check-outs and conduct security inspections to maintain a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
 * Deliver top-notch customer service to resort owners and guests
 * Perform routine security checks and noise monitoring duties
 * Carry out light cleaning tasks in public areas
 * Support reception staff with clerical and administrative tasks, including balancing front office transactions
 * Maintain accurate records and handovers for morning team members
Requirements:
 * Ability to work independently and manage emergency or safety situations confidently
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to complete administrative and cleaning tasks efficiently
 * Familiarity with cash handling and record keeping procedures
 * Capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure
 * Availability to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
