We are a young, driven, and motivated team that delivers excellent service levels to our clients, ensuring their needs are met.We work with SMEs and large global organisations, offering expert advice, in-depth market knowledge, and industry insights.

Check out our socials to see what a day in the life of Team Spectra looks like!What does the role involve?360-degree Recruitment desk – Opportunity to grow your own desk!Developing and maintaining a client and candidate database through business development techniques.Interviewing candidates face-to-face, via Microsoft Teams, or in person – building relationships is key.Shortlisting candidates.Managing your brand through LinkedIn.Maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.Supporting and acting as a role model for Junior Recruiters.Who are you and what do we offer?Candidates must have previous experience in recruitment, either internal or agency, and understand a full 360 recruitment desk.
