Job Description
For the Humelink East Project, we are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Casual Shuttle Bus Driver to support transport operations, including airport pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as transporting employees to and from training locations. This role is ideal for someone flexible and dependable, with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a shuttle bus for airport transfers and training transport services
* Pick up and drop off passengers in a timely and professional manner
* Follow designated routes and schedules, with flexibility for operational needs
* Conduct daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies
* Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers
* Assist passengers as required, including handling light luggage if needed
* Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle
* Accurately complete required logs and report any incidents or maintenance issues
Required Skills and Competencies
* Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence (essential)
* Ability to pass a medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening
* Valid working rights in Australia
* A current Bus Driver Authority issued by Transport for NSW is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided
