We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Recruitment Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all facets of recruiting, including developing job advertisements, conducting telephone interviews, and coordinating pre-employment medicals and security clearances.
This is a 9-month fixed term opportunity with potential for ongoing employment. The right candidate will have a keen interest in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct telephone interviews and reference checks
* Facilitate face-to-face assessment activities
* Coordinate pre-employment medicals and security clearances
* Produce employment documentation
* Support the onboarding process
* Maintain databases
* General recruitment administration
