About the Role
This is a full-time position within a fast-paced and collaborative account management team, based in Melbourne. You'll play a key role in managing major retail fashion and athleisure clients, with a focus on ensuring seamless delivery of marketing campaigns and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships with leading retail brands
* Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, from creative briefing through to production, installation, and reporting
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget
* Attend and contribute to regular client meetings and briefings
* Provide proactive solutions and resolve issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
* Ensure all campaigns meet agreed timelines, visual standards, and compliance requirementsMonitor project progress and troubleshoot any delays or production issues
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in account management or business relationship management, ideally within a retail or creative services environment
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
* Solid understanding of retail marketing, print campaigns, temporary display systems, or visual merchandising
* Background in creative design or an eye for detail in campaign execution is highly desirable
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
* Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to a team
* Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar client-facing role
* Must have full working rights in Australia
