Senior Pharmacy Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock to maintain optimal storage and minimize waste.
* Identify business opportunities and work closely with senior management to develop strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
* Mentor and support junior staff, fostering their professional development and helping them achieve their career goals.
Requirements:
* Registered pharmacist with at least 2 years' experience in managing a community pharmacy, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
* Strong clinical acumen and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
* Proficient in the use of key pharmacy systems, including MINFOS, 8CPA, and Webster.
