Key Duties
* Plan, supervise, and oversee menu-based catering for boarding students
* Successfully managing, mentoring and developing your culinary team including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs
* Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience
* Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
* Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
The Person
* Unwavering passion for food, cooking, and creating nutritious meals
* Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
* Skilled in stock control, ordering, budgeting, and food cost management
* Committed to sustainable practices and sourcing local produce
* Experienced in overseeing daily operations, staff training, and performance management; Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
