Salary – $100 - $135 per hour, depending on experience (advertised rates inclusive of GST).

About the Role
Hybrid service: combine telehealth from your home (or private professional space) with community‐based, face‐to‐face support where needed. You will provide both assessments *and* ongoing therapy to participants.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and detailed reports.
* Provide ongoing therapy for communication and swallowing difficulties.
* Work with paediatric clients with speech sound disorders, language delays, and social communication challenges.
* Support adult clients requiring voice therapy or post‐stroke rehabilitation.
* Assist participants with psychosocial, intellectual, and physical disabilities impacting communication and feeding.
* Provide therapeutic intervention for participants with progressive neurological conditions (e.g., MS, Parkinson's).
* Serve neurodiverse clients (autism, ADHD).
Eligibility & Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
* At least 3 years of professional post‐graduate experience.
* Professional registration where applicable.
* Experience working with NDIS participants or people with a disability.
* Experience providing online therapy / telehealth.
Independent Contractor Requirements
* Capacity to provide assessments and ongoing therapy – not an assessment‐only role.
* Private, professional workspace with reliable internet, camera, and mic.
* Australian Business Number (ABN).
* Appropriate business insurances (Professional Indemnity – PI and Public liability – PL).
