Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, service‐focused Houseperson for a hotel in Fortitude Valley. Part‐time opportunities are available. The role is close to key public transportation. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for the distribution of linen and replenishing of amenities to floors and delivering guest requests, maintaining guest room pantries and ensuring all equipment is in clean working order.
Responsibilities
* Distribute linen and replenish amenities across floors.
* Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
* Maintain guest room pantries and check equipment cleanliness and functionality.
* Support the housekeeping team and assist with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Possess full Australian working rights
* Have a proven track record of room servicing
* Take pride in customer service
* Demonstrate good communication skills
* Be willing and available to work an average of 4 days per week
* Possess strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Be a team player and able to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
* Demonstrate honesty and reliability
