Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled civil construction project manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will be responsible for designing civil construction components, liaising with the Construction Manager, ensuring efficient execution of civil operations, performing duties as a Quality Management Representative, reporting progress and non-compliance issues, conducting regular inspections of job sites, actively monitoring the work environment, assisting with quality and safety audits, implementing technical and safety requirements, overseeing daily quality control procedures, tracking production and adherence to cost and schedule targets, and contributing to continuous improvement and innovation of work practices.
Responsibilities:
* Designing civil construction components.
* Liaising with the Construction Manager.
* Ensuring efficient execution of civil operations.
* Performing duties as a Quality Management Representative.
* Reporting progress and non-compliance issues.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in civil construction projects, preferably in a mining environment, a current Australian driver's licence, possession of a White Card, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational and planning skills, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
