Aspen Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to join our Finance & Administration team in Port Moresby.
The role is responsible for managing financial transactions, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile supplier and client invoices in Oracle
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
Prepare payment advice, statements, and monthly reports
Support debt management and collection activities
Maintain financial records and assist with month-end requirements
About You
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Previous experience in accounts or finance
Proficient in computer applications, ideally Oracle
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
