Qualifications & Experience
Looking for your next career move?
Rockpool has a range of opportunities to suit experienced chefs (Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, Demi Chef and Commis Chef).
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment
Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
