Disability Support Worker
We are seeking disability support workers to provide assistance in a community-based setting. The role involves working one-on-one with individuals, supporting them in accessing the community and their daily needs.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for implementing support plans based on the individual's needs, preferences, and interests.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others and be comfortable working in a variety of settings. You will also need to be willing to obtain necessary checks and certifications, such as NDIS Worker screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement support plans based on individual's needs, preferences, and interests
- Provide 1:1 supports accessing the community and/or assistance in the home
- Assist with all aspects of daily living from getting up in the morning to going to bed at night
