**Job Title:** Retail Store Manager
This role is a great opportunity to take on a leadership position in a dynamic retail environment. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the overall performance of your store by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating wins and identifying areas for improvement.
* Manage rosters and wage costs in line with operational needs.
* Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning.
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence.
* Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards and legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
* Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication and team development skills.
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
* Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising.
