As _**_Launch Project Coordinator VIE _**_in our team you will leverage your strong business acumen, collaboration skills, agility, and ability to influence, prioritize, and solve problems to support the strategic priorities and day-to-day operations of the newly formed Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (aT1D) franchise in Australia. _

**Main responsibilities**:
- Provide critical input into business and performance management during the early pre-launch phase. Assist in executing and planning commercial pre-launch activities in close collaboration with the Franchise Lead, including project coordination.
- Collaborate in the co-development and adaptation of the global brand strategy to align with the unique needs of the local market.
- Execute the global to local brand strategy, including the localization of content and messaging to ensure relevance and impact in the Australian market.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive local stakeholder engagement strategy, targeting a broad ecosystem of stakeholders.
- Lead the development and execution of a cross-functional activation strategy, delivering best-in-class campaigns that resonate with the local audience.
**About you**
**Experience**:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role or in pharma industry.
**Soft and Technical skills**:
- Proven brand management and project management capabilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt with agility in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Extended Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment.
**Education**:
- Master's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
**Languages**:
- Fluency in English and French.
