Caregiver Role Summary
This caregiving role involves delivering holistic care services to clients in their own homes. You will provide support with daily living activities, assist with personal hygiene, and maintain accurate records of client care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support with daily activities in line with the client's tailored care plan.
* Collaborate with the client's care team to identify and address any emerging care needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, you must have current Senior First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009), and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) certifications, as well as a roadworthy vehicle and valid driver's license. Federal Police Clearance is also required.
