About The Role
We're seeking a Document Controller to join our team on McConnell Dowell's Aura and Harmony Infrastructure Program on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a site-based position that sits at the heart of the project team coordinating the flow of documentation, correspondence, and records that keep the project moving. You'll ensure project documentation is accurate, compliant, and accessible, supporting the delivery of essential infrastructure that connects communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and administer the project's document control and correspondence systems.
* Manage document retention, retrieval, and filing in line with McConnell Dowell's Integrated Management System.
* Coordinate with Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents to ensure information accuracy and timely distribution.
* Prepare registers and reports on document and drawing status.
* Provide proactive administrative and reporting support to the wider project team.
About you
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Document Control role within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
* Skilled in document management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to quality and accuracy.
