Are you a Business Development Manager or an experienced Sales Associate eager to dive into an incredible role that will see you networking and closing deals from day one?

They are a team of local specialists who invest in their community and are now looking for someone with excellent negotiation and people skills to develop and grow an already established rent roll.
Our client is one of the major players in the Inner West and Southwest and have recently welcomed the opening of their third brand new office as they continue to smash records and dominate their marketplace.
Due to growth, they are now looking for a gun Business Development Manager to join the business to nurture new and existing client relationships and build this already successful team's portfolio.

**The Position**:
In the role of Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Nurture new/existing client relationships to secure long-term managements
- Follow up and convert incoming leads from the sales team.
- Prospect new business through the cold calling, database calls and referrals
- Coordinate and attend appraisals with prospective recent clients.
- Guide clients on market rents and trends
- Source current avenues to grow the portfolio and streamline departmental processes.
**The Person**:
- Previous real estate experience in either a business development or sales capacity
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Impeccable personal presentation and strong people skills
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Highly driven and motivated by success.
- Competitive and dedicated attitude
- Previous experience or knowledge of the Inner West and/or South West preferred.
