About The Role
We are seeking a passionate Events Manager for our Rent a Tent division. You will plan, organize, and execute events to promote the Rent a Tent brand and engage customers, creating unique outdoor experiences aligned with our adventure ethos.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate all event aspects including logistics, budgeting, and timelines.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies for events.
* Work with vendors and suppliers to secure resources, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and improve their event experience.
* Assess event success via data and feedback; implement improvements.
* Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, invoices, and schedules.
Requirements
About You
The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, passionate about outdoor events, with proven event management experience.
* Minimum 2 years in event planning or management, preferably in outdoor or travel sectors.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in event management software.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
